About Asido M. Panjaitan

A graduate from the Faculty of Law of the Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Asido became a partner of the firm in 2006. He is currently the practice group leader of (i) Capital Market, Banking and Finance, (ii) Commercial Dispute Resolutions, (iii) Manpower and Industrial Relations, (iv) Trade and Competition, (v) Maritime, Logistic and Port Infrastructure, (vi) Agency, Distribution, Product Liability, (vii) White Collar Crime, Crime Investigation and Restorative Justice, and (viii) Insurance and Reinsurance.

 

He has experienced in dealing with complex litigation cases, both in front of court and/or panel of arbitration, such as shareholders disputes, Banking and Capital Market Litigation. He also has a practical experience in debt restructuring transaction and drafting Restructuring Agreement and Security Documents as well.

 

He has been acknowledged by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific as Litigation Star, Recommended Lawyer in Shipping, Dispute Resolution, and Restructuring & Insolvency by Legal 500, also as one of The 200 Club: Indonesia’s Most Influential Lawyers 2025 by Hukumonline.
