About M. Fathan Nautika

Fathan has over 13 years of experience handling both commercial business as well as commercial disputes matters. His astute legal approach and unique practice has led him in handling various transactional and transnational projects or case involving multinational as well as domestic companies. His exposure in complex litigation matters focusing on commercial disputes, anti-competition, and trade and distributorship. He also has experience in project development, banking and finance, and capital market. He has represented clients from various industries, including financial services, technology, forestry, construction, and client from other highly regulated industries.

 

Fathan obtained his bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, and his master of laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Melbourne. Fathan has been admitted to the Indonesian Bar since 2016 and is a member of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates (Kongres Advokat Indonesia – KAI).
