About Rosna Chung

Rosna, who is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of North Sumatra, Medan, and obtained her master's degree from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta majoring in Educational Technology, became a partner of the firm in 2003.

 

Heading the firm’s Capital Market, Banking and Finance practice groups, she has extensive knowledge and expertise in handling various debt and equity capital market transactions. She also advises clients on various capital market issues such as disclosures, good corporate governance, related party and material transactions, and takeover issues, and also has extensive experience in project financing and debt restructuring (acting both for borrowers and lenders), and advising banks, asset managers, brokers, sponsors, and fintech companies on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance, trade and competition and corporate law matters.

Rosna is a member of: (i) the Indonesian Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal – HKHPM), in which she is licensed as a Capital Market Legal Consultant, (ii) the Indonesian Advocate Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI), in which she is licensed to practice general law and litigation in Indonesia as an advocate, (iii) Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI), in which she is a licensed Receiver and Administrator, and (iv) IR Global.
