About Yuris A. Hakim

Yuris is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of the Trisakti University, Jakarta, with Cum Laude predicate. Yuris is a partner and team leader who is fully in charge and lead the commercial dispute practice group of the firm. With more than 13 years of practice, he has broad experience in civil litigation, employment litigation, arbitration, PKPU/bankruptcy/insolvency, criminal proceedings, corporate crime investigation, Maritime disputes and administrative proceedings against government agencies.

 

Throughout the years, he has developed an extensive practice in commercial dispute and commercial business transaction in diverse industries and practice areas such as, commercial, Maritime and logistics, banking, capital market, technology, construction, real estate and aviation. He is a licensed advocate and member of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates (Kongres Advokat Indonesia – KAI).
